Using Squidoo To Add Further Content That Will Link To Your Blogs
July 29th 2008 19:41
Squidoo is one of the first ever sites I found online to help you build a web page, without knowing any html code to start with and I found it to be one of the most interesting and the best free sites to join, especially as I later found out more about online marketing and many other link building practices.
The importance of relevant content on the internet is vastly important to a website or blogs growth.
With Squidoo you can just write about a topic you know about, just like blogging and it's these niche topics that you can link up to on your blogs, providing a link relevance that is deemed important in the search engines eyes.
One of the first ever Squidoo lenses I created was this Demonic art lens, I have since updated it numerous times since it was created back in October 2006 and this squidoo lens is a shining example of targeted niche content and it's one of my most popular lenses.
When you write your blogs content I always find myslf thinking up new content that I should have included or even updated on my blog post, sometimes I do go back and update blog posts, but what I have started to do now is <a Really Long Link a new Squidoo lens</a> and link it up to my blog post instead, I often find this provides a relevant link that brings in traffic over time.
Wait a minute, what is Squidoo?
